The interview seemed very unorthodox, especially given their company name. The process was time consuming and left the regular decision making procedure seemingly up in the air. I was complimented on my resume and over three letters of recommendation. The phone and email prescreen conversation went on for around two weeks. The telecommute video interview was conducted with four of their employees and myself. The interview seemed to be facilitated within an organic format. Having experienced being interviewed by a group, I was wrong to assume they had prewritten questions that build up toward their work environment culture. Nevertheless, they seemed to be changing some procedures and the job description was not perfectly clear. As to what seemed to be a reasonable task, afterwards I was emailed directives to obtain three more letters of recommendation. I responded to addressed this request to demonstrate I do not simply disregard invitations I can not abide towards. The final decision informed me that they will be going "in another director." Since I applied for a psychotherapist role, I think it is best to note and remember this experience of vital conditions to look for prior to arranging my next interview.
