Very easy interview, management really friendly, laid back and easy to get on with. Would recommend the interview process. Only thing i’d suggest is it’s very informal, so don’t stress too much about it

Phone call interview asking about my experience and then given an interview date. Quick it was more like a conversation rather than an interview. Asked about myself and availability. Friendly interviewer.

No normal question asked as expected of an interview, He was speaking about his children so I do not know how they decided who gets the job. May have just been pure bias. I am not sure.
