The interview is more like a convincing you to join a great opportunity more than let me see if you are fit for the position. They want you to open your own office but everything is all in your hands. No leads no nothing. Go out there and get em on your own! They run your credit with 3 different companies to see if your a 'fit' of paying for your own office one day.
Was basic and tedious asking me questions about my prior work history so make sure that I understood the job role. Overall it was not difficult to formulate an answer to the questions.
The interview was professional and conversational. The agent clearly explained the role, expectations, and growth opportunities. I was asked about my communication skills, work ethic, and goals. Overall, it felt welcoming, informative, and focused on long-term potential rather than pressure
Detailed with multiple calls. Explained in detail the onboarding and training processes including the financial obligations with starting an agency. There was a personality test to help determine fit with the company.
