My first initial interview was over the phone with basic behavioral questions. A week later received a call to come in for second interview which is a 2 hour process. Sat with two managers and went through more detailed behavioral questions and basic questions. Took a tour of the facility and was able to listen in a few phone calls.
Fairly easy overall. 30 minute call to get a feel for me and tell about the position and sus out basic requirements for the job like having a driver's license.

Process was quick in my scenario, there was a phone screen and in-person. The company is very selective on who they hire. I must’ve done something wrong, but it’s all trial and error.

Entrevista
Phone interview with basic questions about myself, which lead to an in-person interview with a panel of three. The interviewers were very personable. I was given a few written questions to answer and then moved to a verbal interview. The questions were about my background, strengths, and weaknesses, conflict resolution abilities, etc.
