Fairly simple because i was already licensed. Asked what my daily tasks were and on average how many sales i did. Asked what my goals were and if i ever wanted to own my own agency. She really just wanted to see if we would work well together.

How do you calm down a customer who is upset about raising rates.
Was basic and tedious asking me questions about my prior work history so make sure that I understood the job role. Overall it was not difficult to formulate an answer to the questions.
The interview was professional and conversational. The agent clearly explained the role, expectations, and growth opportunities. I was asked about my communication skills, work ethic, and goals. Overall, it felt welcoming, informative, and focused on long-term potential rather than pressure
Detailed with multiple calls. Explained in detail the onboarding and training processes including the financial obligations with starting an agency. There was a personality test to help determine fit with the company.
