Solicité el puesto a través de la recomendación de un empleado. Acudí a una entrevista en Farmers Insurance Group (Los Angeles, CA) en ago 2015
Entrevista
The Interview process was fairly relaxed. It mainly discusses sales experience and gives an overview of what Farmer's is doing as a company. Usually the branch assistant manager will interview you first, then he/she will turn it over to the branch manager. You'll want to mention being comfortable with making around 20 to 50 calls a day. That would be a maximum of 250 a week. They'll want to hear this when assessing your ability to get the ball rolling on your own.

Pregunta 1
The most difficult question i got was: "What is an amount of outbound calls you feel you can make per week to be successful in this business?"
Was basic and tedious asking me questions about my prior work history so make sure that I understood the job role. Overall it was not difficult to formulate an answer to the questions.
The interview was professional and conversational. The agent clearly explained the role, expectations, and growth opportunities. I was asked about my communication skills, work ethic, and goals. Overall, it felt welcoming, informative, and focused on long-term potential rather than pressure
Detailed with multiple calls. Explained in detail the onboarding and training processes including the financial obligations with starting an agency. There was a personality test to help determine fit with the company.
