Solicité el puesto a través de un captador. El proceso duró más de 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Farmers Insurance Group (Salinas, CA) en oct 2015
Entrevista
I attended an interview with the District Manager, a 2nd with his wife, which I thought was odd. The 1st interview I was asked to fill out a paper application (also odd for 2015). After the 1st interview I was called back in. They made the decision in the time frame and I was offered a lower salary and just 5 days of PTO a year. I negotiated a higher offer and 12 days of PTO, I felt like they were trying to low- ball me.

Entrevista
It was a 3 part process. The first i which you meet with the District Manager and he explained the position. The 2nd would be a panel interview with the office. The 3rd, meet again with the DM and speak a little more about the position.
Solicité el puesto por otro medio. El proceso duró 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Farmers Insurance Group (Laguna Hills, CA) en ago 2014
Entrevista
It was a lengthy process with 4 interviews that spread out over 2 months. I met with the Recruiting Supervisor, District Manager, Area Manager and the Training team. The initial interview with the RS was 2 1/2 hours as was the interview with the DM. The DM sat in on the interview with the Regional Manager, which only took about 30 minutes, and the RS sat in on the meeting with the Training team which lasted about an hour. They were accommodating in terms of interview days/times as I was working full time while interviewing.

Pregunta 1
There were alot of situational questions about how would I build a pipeline of candidates, what methods would I use, etc. There was also a great deal of discussion of the history of Farmers as well and a great deal of description of the day-to-day operations of the District and their brand of agent support.
