Entrevista
I applied for the job on a Tuesday and was called that night for an interview. The office was very nice and I was offered coffee or water by the receptionist. The interview consisted of a 1:1 with questions relating from employment background, your socianess (you are told you will have to come up with a list of 200 people in the area for your clientele), and customer service questions. The guy I interviewed with was very nice and personal throughout the interview. I was told I would be moved on to be looked at by the managers and would receive a phone call Monday or Tuesday. He then walked me through the office and showed me around then I had to take an IQ/Skills/Behavioral test before leaving. It was pretty simple, vocabulary, math, common sense, and personality questions. I was called on Tuesday and offered a second interview.

You will have many different clients. How would you handle the difference between yourself as a young individual in front of an elderly couple who has a lifetime of experience?
Was basic and tedious asking me questions about my prior work history so make sure that I understood the job role. Overall it was not difficult to formulate an answer to the questions.
The interview was professional and conversational. The agent clearly explained the role, expectations, and growth opportunities. I was asked about my communication skills, work ethic, and goals. Overall, it felt welcoming, informative, and focused on long-term potential rather than pressure
Detailed with multiple calls. Explained in detail the onboarding and training processes including the financial obligations with starting an agency. There was a personality test to help determine fit with the company.
