Phone interview with recruiter - 1st step, easy questions. 2nd- formal interview with 2 hiring managers. Only asked 5 questions and seemed rather laid back, however, I knew I was cut when they didn't ask me to immediately interview with the hire up manager or shadow an employee when the interview was finished.

Fairly easy overall. 30 minute call to get a feel for me and tell about the position and sus out basic requirements for the job like having a driver's license.

Phone interview with basic questions about myself, which lead to an in-person interview with a panel of three. The interviewers were very personable. I was given a few written questions to answer and then moved to a verbal interview. The questions were about my background, strengths, and weaknesses, conflict resolution abilities, etc.
