The interview process was time-consuming and ultimately disappointing. After an HR call and SQL test, I spent 7 hours on a take-home case study (4 hours coding, 3 hours on presentation slides). Despite this significant time investment, I only received a generic rejection letter with zero feedback. I don't even know if they stopped hiring or what went wrong with my submission. The lack of communication from HR and failure to provide any constructive feedback felt unprofessional and disrespectful of candidates' time. If you're going to require extensive take-home assignments, the least you can do is offer meaningful feedback.
