Pretty easy... show up, be honest, give a FULL SET of vitals and you will make it! This was my first EMS job and it has treated me well. Falck gives you opportunity where AMR doesn't. Just do not get stuck in a role that does not give you adequate compensation or skill set. Move on with your life after 6-12 months.
their response time to my initial application submission was slow and I did not hear back for several weeks but the hiring manager responds quickly after that and seemed to be nice and flexible
Pretty standard interview standard questions and just wanting to know more about you and where you are headed down the line in the near future.Over all they are looking for people who are ready to start work in the field.

Asked a few skill questions, airway emergency, bleeding management / shock etc. They go over what will be later required if hired in the process (ambulance endorsement...) Be confident in your interview, go over times you were stressed, angry, how you dealt with disagreement in management.
