First Interview was with HR is Orlando. If qualified, you get to interview with branch/department manager. From there, you will receive a phone call to discuss salary and if you want to accept the position.

Entrevista
I applied for the MSR position and quickly received an email to complete an online test. A couple of days later I received an email fron HR associate to have a quick phone conversartion, we set it up and after we finished talking we set up an interview for the next day. I had my interview and she forwarded my info to the branch to which I was applying. Management contacted me within a couple of days and we set up a second interview. I met with 3 different managers at the same time, interview was very easy and laid back and they were really nice. It felt more like casual conversation, but I could tell at that moment I wouldn't be hired. Anyways, the process went smoothly and they contacted me the next day to let me know I wasn't elected. Props to them for keeping me on the know until the end!
