When I got there I had to take a test on the computer featuring random scenarios and ethical questions. If you passed, then you get to interview someone in person but the test is through a third-party so it's a high fail rate therefore there's no way to really know how to pass it. If you failed, they said to come back in six months and maybe you pass then but I feel like the hiring process is bogus and a waste of time.
