Numeracy and Literacy tests were given at the start of the interview process. This was done in a group setting but had to be completed individually, given a certain time frame to complete said tests in.

Basic literacy and numeracy tests, both should take less than 5 or so minutes to complete. Tests seem to be way too easy, couldn’t see a reason how anyone could get close to failing

Entrevista
I sent a completed application form via email. I received a call within a couple of days inviting me to a group interview. Upon arrival I was asked to sign lots of documents and left for a while in a hot, stuffy break room. The call centre looked horrible. It was dark even during the daytime, hot, and loud. There were loads of cameras, I think one pointing down every single row of desks. It seemed a bit like a prison. We were then taken to a meeting room. This was not an interview, it was a training session along with a literacy test and a mock call. The process took approximately three hours which were unpaid. We were told that we would receive an email by 17:00 the following day with a yes or no result. I didn't receive an email, so I contacted them to see if I was successful, but they didn't respond. Having read reviews of the company on other sites describing how poorly their employees are treated (allegedly employees are grilled when they get up to use the toilet) I think I made a lucky escape.
