I interviewed with Factory for a Creative PM role. The initial interview was a phone screening with the Recruiter. She was very friendly, professional, and prompt with her follow up / follow through. The second interview was via Teams with the hiring manager. She was very pleasant as well giving me plenty of opportunity to ask questions during our 45 minute call. The entire process took about 3-4 weeks.
