I appreciate the opportunity to interview with Factorial. However, I found the overall process to be quite disorganised. Not one, but several calls were cancelled at the last minute without any explanation. When on the advanced step, I was invited to the office; the interview was conducted without a clear agenda or proper organisation in place. The selection criteria seemed subjective, as the team openly admitted during our conversations. I also noticed a lack of preparation and professionalism, even from senior team members. Throughout the process, the main focus was consistently on revenue, with most discussions revolving around money rather than the broader vision or values of the company. I believe there is room for improvement in communication, organisation, and candidate experience.
