Assessment Centre: universal screening, excel test, micro teach, group discussion and networking opportunities. The most interesting AC I have ever been. very enjoyable. Be cautious about the topic of your micro teach. make sure it is sth that you genuinely passionate about 5. Final interview and Helpdesk Session: a half hour shadowing session on the helpdesk with current consultant. asking questions to learn as much as you can about the role. A 45-min interview with two managers from IB and IM. very informal and conversational.
