First phone screening took about 40 mins, talked about my previous projects.
The onsite interview was scheduled a few weeks later.
Although the position is for C# developer, and I told them my most comfortable language is Java, I was given an exam in C.
I was asked no data structure question, no oo design question, nor any algorithm question, which is really strange, since it's an interview for a software engineer position. I wasn't asked to write any code other than a few sql queries.
Majority of the time I was there was spent working on the 8 or 9 page quiz alone in a meeting room (an hour to be precise). Another hour was spent designing some database tables on the white board and some query commands.
The interview I had is nothing like what I read on the other interview posts here. Most of the post says they had 3 technical interviews, and two hr/mgr interviews later. All I had was the 1 hr quiz and 1 hr database design... I was supposed to meet with the director/manager afterwards, but after being left in the meeting room alone for an hour, I was told the director/manager was too busy to talk to me and was then escorted out of the office.
Overall, the onsite interview was very different from other interviews I've had for software engineer jobs, a very bizarre experience to say the least...

Standard with 4 rounds including a phone interview and a HR interview. The product demo is the intro, after which a tech and HR rounds occur back to back. Usually takes 3.5 hours after the 1 hour phone interview

Entrevista
It was a very casual interview. I was told the interview would start at 8:45 AM but it started around 10 AM. The interviewer was very friendly and walked me through my thought process towards solving the given problem. There were two rounds of interviews, purely technical though I did not get shortlisted for the second round.
