It was a bit tricky and they also checked my knowledge on finance as well as personality test. Overall experience was good. If we have a good level of knowledge on every aspect of finance then its a plus point coz they can ask from anywhere whatever you have studied in your mba classes.

FPO? Is it in primary market or secondary market? Enterprise value ? Net worth? DCF analysis ? Stocks ? If your co. Is suffering loss then will you distribute dividend to preference shareholder ?
QIB, amortization, gross profit, tell me about yourself, Internship experience, what you have learnt in internship experience and how will you contribute in this co. ? Efficiency ratio? NPV, Hurdle rate, ROE, types of mutual fund, where would you invest? Sell side and buy side ? Market capitalisation?

Very long hiring process. Hiring manager was nice, but HR was slow in replying. Compared to other companies I've been looking at, compensation in FactSet was better. Just review the concepts HR gives you and you'll do well in the technical interviews.

Very smooth and straightforward, with kind interviewers that asked lots of interesting questions, seem to genuinely care a lot about the work and the company. Be sure to brush up on excel and read the interview materials that they provide for you, as well as the usual behavioral questions
