1. Sent resume in jobstreet.
2. After 1-3 days, the recruiter emailed me the link for the online examination for my position.
3. After 24hrs, the recruiter informed me that I passed the examination and invite me for an initial interview.
4. After 24hrs, initial interview. Then after a few hours, I got the feedback and I passed.
5. After 2days, I got my final (panel) interview and passed the same day.
6. The same day, I got the JO and accepted it the next day.
7. Less than a week after the screening process, I already report to office for my start date.

Pregunta 1
1. Common interview questions: Tell me about yourself, why should we hire you?; what do you know about the company/position you are applying?; expected salary, available date to start, etc.
2. Technical questions: About basic and numerical questions based on the position you are applying to.
firstly hacker rank assessment, if you qualify after 10 to 15 days will get a mail for technical interview.
after the interview you will know the result by afternoon.
the technical round majorly focuses on financial concepts.
Online Exam, then initial interview with the hr, and lastly panel interview. Exam was more about on financial statements. They will immediately tell you if you pass the interview or not. The HR was nice, but sadly I didn't get the role.

Interview runs very smoothly but the concern was the company looks the education background rather then skills and proficiency in that domine. So please change that remaining all are ok. They did like friendly
