Referred by a friend from Facebook, the next morning HR called me to set the exam and initial interview. Exam consists of General Knowledge in Accounting, IQ Test, Reading Comprehensive. After that HR will conduct the Initial Interview, then if passed will endorse you to meet one of the Team Leaders.

Interview questions were very easy. Asked about Basic Accounting Knowledge, eg. Total Assets-Total Liabilities=Equity. Net Income, WAV and EPS.
Was also asked to tell something about yourself, your hobbies etc.

There are 3 stages of interview. It is relatable to our course and to the role of the position. The first one is a phone call , the second one is an interview asking about the responsibilites and lastly, are personal questions.

It was good they really assure that you must be compatible with role you are applying for. It's not easy but not too difficult as long you know the answer to the given questions.
