I had a 30 minute on-campus interview with 2 FactSet employees. Overall, the interviewers were both nice and personable and the questions weren't difficult. Make sure you know about some recent events that have happened in the stock market. Try to show why you're interested in FactSet. I think it helps if you've used FactSet a lot as well.
Also, the position I applied for said Consultant, but I found out during the interview that they changed the program so that new hires now start out in a rotational program instead. I feel like they wasted my time because I never would have applied to the position if I had known it wasn't the Consultant role. Hopefully they're more upfront about this in the future.

Straightforward. You begin with a telephone interview, followed by a group interview with you work on a group project and share a talent/skill you possess. If successful, you will then go through several rounds of interview with hiring manager and other senior stakeholders.

Entrevista
There was an initial virtual interview with HR and then an interview the the manager from the US. HR lady was friendly and was fast to respond to emails. The manager didn’t seem experienced in interviewing, he said so himself and went for someone that didn’t require onboarding training. He said he doesn’t expect knowledge on equity when being quizzed on it but yet the reason for not getting the role was lack of knowledge on it. Was not pleased with this misleading behaviour. The decision felt rushed as they only gave a reply once I emailed so felt like they already had the candidate chosen.
