The first interview with the HR went well and then I am asked to wait for 30 minutes because two team Leaders will interview me. Team Leaders asked me how do I find the exam etc. and after that explain the essay part.

Online Exam, then initial interview with the hr, and lastly panel interview. Exam was more about on financial statements. They will immediately tell you if you pass the interview or not. The HR was nice, but sadly I didn't get the role.

Interview runs very smoothly but the concern was the company looks the education background rather then skills and proficiency in that domine. So please change that remaining all are ok. They did like friendly
