the questions were very surface level and they wanted to actually get to know you. they ask what your hours are like and how your personality is. the person I spoke with was very personable and easy to talk to

It was very easy and did not last long. I already have years of years so the interview went smoothly. I only had one interview (on-site). He said another one would not be necessary.

Tell me about yourself. What do you know about Fabletics? Why do you want to work here? How do you deal with a difficult customer?
I met with the manager where she asked a few basic questions about me. It was easygoing and very relaxed. I met over the phone since it was covid and I was out of town.

Extremely unprofessional only asked to describe your resume and that's it no other questions. Would definitely stay away if I were you. There is a 30 word minimum which I think is stupid which is why I'm rambling.
