What is the difference between hospitality and customer service?
It was a short interview (15–30 minutes) to confirm interest, we discuss salary expectations, and they assessed if I was a good fit. The focus was on general background, work experience, and behavioral questions.
The interview was with the manager and it was only an in person interview. Asked basic questions and see if I have sales mindset. then they gave me a call later that week

What's something difficult you've come across and how did you fix it
Extremely unprofessional, I felt discriminated against. The overall feel for this company is very fake. if they personal do not like you, they will immediately let you know that. I regret interviewing here.
