I was contacted by a recruiter of the Company and I had a first interview with the HR and the plant manager with a first oral skills test. The second time, I had a skype interview with the Regulatory manager. Finally, I had the third interview (3 hours!!!) with HR and a psychologist who made me do a personality test. All these times were about me and not about the Company, the salary or the or the professional growth.
