I applied via on-campus recruiting and was brought in for a 30 minute behavioral interview. The analyst (or it might have been a director) was friendly and the interview was very laid back. I was not invited back for second rounds in the Chicago office, but my interview was by no means a negative experience.

Hirevue to start followed by 3 rounds of interview. Takes a very long time to hear back and honestly very disorganized system. Interviews were relatively difficult and quite long. Wish the communication was better.

Standard 3-4 session format starting with hirevue. Well organized, highly communicative recruiters and surprisingly fast. Overall good experience but waited longer than expected for a verdict. Good feedback and would likely apply again in the future based on this experience.
