In a nutshell I was recruited for the position. I was highly recommended and because of my previous work and my stellar skillsets to lead organizations, manage teams and drive the org. goals to produce results. Simple and semi-formal interview process. I worked directly with the interviewer after acquiring the position. It makes a difference when the an org. actually wants to work with you and have you on their team...the hiring team made the process favorable so you can do well and get the position.
