I went through a few rounds of interviews with various stakeholders as well as a planning exercise. The process was very smooth, I had plenty of opportunities to ask questions, get acquainted with everyone and hear about the firm. The group was very approachable and open and I felt the planning task was entirely appropriate and a worthwhile exercise to go through.

Many interviews with different stakeholders (7). Everyone very frindly and polite, however I feel we could have skipped 1-2 interviews, it felt a bit repetitive and I don't think so many stakeholders needed to opine about the cultural fit, as they are not linked with my practice.

Applyied online on LinkedIn, followed by a phone call with EMEA head of HR. I was then granted with a in-person interview with country practice VP. Feedback was finally provided by EMEA head of HR.
