Great people. Everyone is so nice during the process. Organized interview with an office tour. Free lunch and snacks. A group case study follows by casual talk and one on one interviews. The case study require the candidate to work together and present to the team.
The interview was a video interview with prewritten questions, and you had to answer them by looking at the screen. It was like an other hirevue and you were given one minute to prep for the question and then another to answer the question.

Initial Interview was online precorded, as part of initial screening about why FTI and why technical consulting. Did not hear back because they used it as an initial screening but it weeds people out.
