Recruiter reached out for a role beneath my experience and did not adequately sell me to the hiring team in order to position me for the appropriate level coming in from a Big 4 firm. My initial phone interview was with someone who seemed very junior that had been given a lofty title and was rather complacent.

There interview process was all online. It took four rounds, with senior management as well as people who are on the team to see if you would fit in with the group.

I gave a screener interview, followed by 3 rounds of interviews with the department heads and directors. The interviews were 30-45 minutes each and encompassed my prior experience and knowledge about the requirements.
