The longest interview process I have even seen. There was a GIE test before the group interview. After about a month, they arranged me come down to Wellington for the group interview. They paid for the flight. The assessment centre started from the morning and took the entire day. There was about 10 candidates flight to Wellington for this interview. For a graduate position, most of the questions are the brain teaser. They didn't provide lunch. The coding questions were very simple, which didn't mean anything.
