Several phone interviews were held first, both with the human ressource department and the prospecting manager.
Interview day with several candidates.
Interviews were held with HR, the general manager, the direct manager and manager of training.

The interview process consisted of a panel interview and a presentation component. Most of the questions were behavioral in nature, focusing on teamwork, problem solving, and communication skills. Interviewers also asked detailed questions about my prior professional experience and accomplishments.
