2 Interviews, one technical, one more high level with more senior leaders. Technical questions were fairly general and not too complex. No tests per se and was conducted in a friendly casual nature.

The interview panel seemed to have expectations that felt unrealistic and disconnected from practical capabilities. It came across as if they were looking for extraordinary outcomes that, frankly, they themselves may not be able to deliver or sustain. The way the interview questions was structured felt disorganized and lacked a clear, thoughtful approach.
