I was interviewed two times for Software Engineer role in FIS. The interview is medium tough and one who have good understanding in any of the programming language, can easily crack the interview. Even though you have cleared the interview and got background verification check, you won't be selected as they will consider you if they don't have required resources. So if you are waiting for offer letter after background check it is better to look for other opportunities.

Rh exchange followed by in site interview with manager and technical test (sql + java qcm). Then a proposal. It took 2 weeks. They have great place to work and everything was straightforward
