It's all about which interviewer you receive and how they feel about you. I had Two call center managers who were not friendly, rude and racist. I had what it takes been in customer service for 5+ years and I knew once my interview was done I would not get selected. They weren't engaged at all. A Spanish woman and a white man. They were not friendly. I'm a African American woman. We don't get chances like that. It also was a video call
