I was interviewed at FIS on 9th Feb 2022, I cleared round 1 (technical) & round 2 (techno-managerial) Then i was asked for HR Round wherein my current offer CTC was also negotiated but being a product based company i still agreed to compensation lesser than 1.5 lpa of my current offer. After this HR told me that the offer is in approval and after that HR did not reply to any of my queries or emails, my notice period got over and i joined new company and then FIS HR called me to tell that offer is not approved and i can look for other alternatives. How frustrating is that, because there was no communication for 1.5 months, simply wasting candidates precious time and not valuing candidature

Smooth interview process and good background check was done. Tech knowledge was checked. Senior management was good. Remote joining was smooth. Fin Tech exposure was checked 3 level interview Timing was well allocated
