I interviewed with FIS and the overall experience was mixed.
Round 1: Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) round. The questions were standard and relevant.
Round 2: Combination of DSA and System Design. This round was more in-depth and focused on problem-solving and design approach.
Round 3: Managerial round, mainly discussing my past projects, work experience, and day-to-day responsibilities.
After the managerial round, HR contacted me for document submission and informed me to be prepared for the HR discussion, which gave a positive signal.
However, later the HR round was postponed, and after some time, I received a rejection email without any feedback. The sudden change in communication and lack of feedback after multiple rounds was disappointing.

I found the interview process to be exceptionally well-structured and engaging from start to finish. The experience was remarkably positive, characterized by clear communication and a professional yet welcoming atmosphere.

What employees are required to remain with the same company?
The interview process typically consists of an initial screening call with the recruiter, followed by one or more technical interviews to assess problem-solving, coding, and data engineering skills. This is usually followed by a behavioral or managerial round focusing on experience, communication, and cultural fit.
Rh exchange followed by in site interview with manager and technical test (sql + java qcm). Then a proposal. It took 2 weeks. They have great place to work and everything was straightforward
