The interview process consists of two interviews. The first interview serves as an introduction to both parties and lead by the prospective direct superior of the department.
The second interview is were both HR and IT key personnel meet with the prospective candidate and the focus is more related towards the technical nature of the InfoSec space in relation to the job decription.
