I am disappointed by their interview process. They took my technical first,technical second , HR round and again manager technical round. then asked me salary slip after wards.
after a week , they came back saying you are on hold, will be considered for future role. When i asked for reason they said your notice period is too long. On the other hand they knew my notice period even before any interview happened. Every round they asked me about notice period,it is 60 days. I am shocked they realized my notice period is long after 4 rounds i.e. before rolling out the final offer. I don't think this is professional company. They simply wasted my precious time. The worst part is i had EMEA shift during all round , i had to take leaves all d day. all my effort went in vain.I should not recommend any one to even appear for interview. I will recommend management to not to play with individuals career.
Post all rounds ,even they took my salary slip. I was calling HR , Hr was keep saying We are working with senior manager for approval. I asked what is next.He is like once approval is there we'll initiate the offer letter.
Unfortunately i put down the paper and now came to know they ditched me. I am now in hanging mode
