HR phone screening, Manager phone screening, coding interview, half day on-site interview with everyone on the team. The on-site interview went well over the allotted time. This was a substantial interview process for what they considered to be a junior position. I followed up after the last interview and received a response a week later from HR that I would hear back very soon. After I followed up final time, they went dark. A simple 'You were not selected' would have been nice, especially considering how much time was invested in this process and the PTO that I used to make this work. Be cautioned if you're interviewing for this role as I know they're still looking to fill it.
