It lasted less than 5 minutes because the second question after asking how I heard about the position was where I was located. I shared that information and confirmed I was not looking to relocate but was more than willing to make the commute for the hybrid position. Unfortunately, the interviewer completely shut down the interview at that point which was quite frustrating as I spent the week after scheduling the interview researching and preparing for my phone call. If the position required someone who lived within a short drive of the office, that should have been specified in the job posting or asked before scheduling an interview. It has dampened my opinion of the organization.
