Panel of people interview you but was told the front office makes all decisions. I knew I was doomed and would not get the job when I heard that because they purposely ask questions only their preferred selectee can answer successfully. Had a second interview but it seemed like a formality. I am/was very qualified for the position but person who got it was a friend of hers on Facebook and outside the region. Region 3 is the worst for prohibited personnel practices and getting friends hired, who are NOT qualified. I was told I was wasting my time even though I was the best qualified. Others who complain of the prohibited practices need to stop pretending to be her friend on Facebook. Personal and work should remain separate .
