Entrevista
The interview was described ahead of time as a panel interview. For me, the panel included one person at the interview site and another on the phone. They alternated asking questions. It looked like the interviewer was reading the interview questions from a list of pre-determined questions. I'm assuming they did this to be fair and ask all candidates the same questions. The people who interviewed me were both very nice and tried to make it a low-stress environment.
Standard government questions. Have several stories that can be tailored to different "tell me about a time" questions. Have good clarifying questions to show you are familiar with the role. Interview process overall was smooth.
