Aptitude Test: mainly on logical thinking e.g. Arrays
Assessment Centre: 3 one-to-one interviews
- Be well prepared (always quote your previous experiences)
- Do Case Studies even there's no Case Study interview (give yourself a sense of how a BA will sound and act on solving problems)
- Prepare for a lot of strength-based questions

Overall, the interview was mostly based on behavioral questions, nothing special. They also provided some interview tips which is really helpful.

Fair process, though very procedural and felt quite cookie cutter. Wasn't anything out of the ordinary though also nothing tailored to your own application either. Would recommend researching company and role.
