Due to Covid only had a phone call then a virtual interview (record yourself with given questions) an assessment (really hard if no IT knowledge). Phone call was pretty easy. Just talks about what the job entails and then asks questions on what your profficent in. Make sure to research the companies website (very helpful)!!!

They walk you through various video interviews and aptitute tests, at the end testing your skill sets and mind sets. The interviews aren't strictly technical, and they assist you to make you comfortable, but they do stimulate you.
