The interview process started with quick application, followed by a telephone interview and a video interview where strength-based questions were asked. The next stage consisted of non-traditional numerical and logical reasoning tests regarding sequences and venn diagrams. Lastly, over zoom you are provided with a business introduction with other candidates and 3 individual interviews.

Why do you think resilience would be an important trait for an FDM BI consultant.
You get a call first from the recruiter, then you move onto the pre-recorded video interview stage. This then moves onto a 3 on 1 interview. I haven't got to this stage yet.
