1 on 1 telephone interview where the company asks questions based on why you want the role and why you are good for the role. Once completed, invited to do an online video interview. If successful, the candidate gets invited to an assessment centre.
They walk you through various video interviews and aptitute tests, at the end testing your skill sets and mind sets. The interviews aren't strictly technical, and they assist you to make you comfortable, but they do stimulate you.

Quick phone chats with an hr throughout the process, which were more of informative than evaluative.
Absolutely disappointing, I had an interview with them. They said they would get back to me in 7-10 working days, didn't hear back from them. Chased them up with the an email and didn't get a response either.
