It was a 5 minute phone screening which was followed by a video interview in which there was a number of questions to answer making sure examples were included. If this is successful then you are invited to an assessment day where you do 5 tests and 3 interviews to determine if you are right for the role.

Fair process, though very procedural and felt quite cookie cutter. Wasn't anything out of the ordinary though also nothing tailored to your own application either. Would recommend researching company and role.

Overall, the interview was mostly based on behavioral questions, nothing special. They also provided some interview tips which is really helpful.
