Phone Interview then an Assessment Day consisting of a few tests. Verbal Reasoning, Numerical and Stats in the form of games on an IPad. Then followed the 3, 15 minute interviews with 3 different people asking skills and competency questions.

Overall, the interview was mostly based on behavioral questions, nothing special. They also provided some interview tips which is really helpful.

Fair process, though very procedural and felt quite cookie cutter. Wasn't anything out of the ordinary though also nothing tailored to your own application either. Would recommend researching company and role.
